The Village Pools are a popular five pool outdoor complex in Havelock North, located next to the Village Green playground.
The facilities include a 33 metre pool, with two dedicated lanes for lap swimming, a toddlers pool, learners pool, two-metre deep pool and babies splash pool in a securely fenced-off area. The main pool and 2m deep pools are heated to 24 degrees, while the learners, toddlers and babies pools are warmer at 27 degrees. Shaded spots and a grassed area for games make the Village Pool the perfect place to picnic after stocking up on goodies from our snack shop. We also provide a BBQ to hire.
They are a base for the Waimarama Surf Club and the Havelock North Swim Club, the Village Pools are also regularly used for school swimming sports.
