It is an experience that people of all ages are sure to enjoy. Arataki Honey Ltd has been beekeeping since 1944 and has always been located in Arataki Road. It is one of the largest beekeeping enterprises in the Southern hemisphere & is still family owned & operated.

The Team at the Centre is always on hand to greet you, help out with spotting the Queen Bee and to answer any questions that you have about honey or the honey bee! Our attractive retail area has an extensive range of Arataki Honey’s fabulous New Zealand made health & beauty ranges including Bee Venom, Royal Jelly, Propolis and Pollen products, souvenirs and gifts, toys and of course Buzzy Bee. You will be amazed at what you will discover when you visit the Arataki Honey Visitor Centre.
